Jim, I just wanted to take a moment and tell you how delighted we are with the great room addition your company crafted for my wife and I. We have had many "oohs and aahs" from our friends when they have visited. Every person on your team was truly a professional and was courteous and willing to go out of their way to take care of our needs. We felt at ease with having them in our home. It's hard to find that combination in today’s "slip-shod, let's see what we can get away with" world. I would highly recommend that anyone looking for superior craftsmanship consider your company.

Construction Inc.   The cost estimates were fair. Good materials were used.  No short cuts were taken.  The project evolved along the way and there was no problem with flexibility.  We met with Jim Irvine weekly.  It speaks well that I actually liked him more as time went on!  Jim's head carpenter, Scott, was always pleasant.  He is careful and skilled.  Scott and fellow-carpenter, Bill, were almost always on the job and fun to have around.  My husband, Henry, and I recommend James R. In 2002 /2003 Jim Irvine Construction designed and built a three story addition to our home.  Jim’s novel design incorporated all of the features we had requested into a new space that integrates almost seamlessly with our existing home. Construction began in the spring of 2003 and was complete by early summer despite the inclement weather.  Jim’s subcontractors, who have been working for the company for several years were most professional, courteous and their workmanship outstanding.  During construction, Jim was on the job site daily and the few problems we did encounter were quickly resolved.  Meticulous attention to detail and careful management made the whole experience remarkably painless.
